La grappa es un aguardiente de orujo con una graduaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica que oscila entre los 38 y los 60 grados. Se obtiene por destilaci\u00f3n de orujos de uva y en cada zona recibe una denominaci\u00f3n diferente: las grappas italianas o eslovenas, las bagaceiras portuguesas, los tsipouros griegos, los marc franceses o el aguardiente de orujo espa\u00f1ol.
