El ron tiene un sabor ligeramente dulce, resultado de su elaboraci\u00f3n con ca\u00f1as de az\u00facar (la melaza) o con remolacha. Se puede consumir solo o en combinados como el mojito, daiquiri o cubalibre, entre otros.
